Author & Submission Guidelines

Author Guidelines

Authors are invited to submit original, unpublished research papers to the symposium. Submissions should follow the guidelines below:

1. Full Paper Preparation
  • Follow Springer's LNNS formatting guidelines
  • Paper length: 6–8 pages including figures, tables, and references
  • Include abstract & keywords, introduction, methodology, results & discussion, conclusion, and references
  • Use clear, high-quality figures and number all sequentially
  • References should follow LNNS style and include DOI links where possible
2. File Format
  • Submit PDF files for both abstracts and full papers
  • Ensure all fonts are embedded and figures are clear
3. Content Requirements
  • Original research only; no plagiarism
  • Preliminary results must demonstrate the novelty and potential impact of the work
  • Authors may be asked to revise papers based on reviewer comments
